The client asked for the repair of a faulty refrigerator.
The problem with the refrigerator was that it stopped maintaining the correct set temperature.
On the same day, our technician came and carried out the diagnosis.
During his inspection, it was found:
1. Ice began to build up on the wall of the refrigerator.
2. The reason was - a freon leak from the cooling system.
To fix it:
1. Replaced the evaporator coils and welded them to the wall.
2. Filled the cooling system with freon to prevent the re-formation of ice.
In total, this diagnostic and repair took 1 hour.
The customer was very pleased with the result.

I have a Wolf range, it is over 30 years old. The guys from this company repaired my range excellently.
Previously, I contacted several companies, but no one could find the parts I needed because of the age of the range.
But the Winline technicians did it! They found the necessary parts for the Wolf, made repairs and cleaning. Now everything works like 30 years ago when it was new.

My 18 year old Viking oven stopped working. Scheduling an appointment with Winline Appliance Repair online was easy. The company has good communication, you'll even get a text message when the repair person is on their way to your location. Renat was friendly and very professional. He assessed the problem and located and ordered the part for the oven. Unfortunately, because of all of the power outages in California, that control board wasn't the only part that needed replacing. Renat ordered all subsequent parts that might be needed and when he received those parts he replaced only the ones that were necessary. I appreciated that he ordered all the parts that could be blown at once so I wouldn't have to wait for more parts to arrive. I'll be getting a whole house surge protector next so I don't have to fix any more appliances because of power outages.

Service was above and beyond what we expected. While waiting for a tool to be delivered by a fellow employee, our technician cleaned all the gas emitters for our Thermador cooktop. He could have sat in his truck, but he took upon himself to give us extra service for no charge. We ordered an extra part to have as a backup which he delivered a week later. We were charged only for the part even though he personally delivered it to our home. That is professionalism and pride in providing excellent service! We highly recommend WInline Appliance Repair.

Winline has helped with a misbehaving Thermador Dishwasher (7 years old) and a Thermador range (also 7 years old). I made an online appointment at 11pm when my dishwasher stopped working and they set up the appointment for the next day. The service repairman, Sergei, was knowledgeable and patient. He could not recreate my problem after letting the machine run through a full cycle, but was persistent and helpful. He had some ideas about what the problem may be. We are waiting for the machine to malfunction again.
He also repaired a noisy Thermador range that a previous repairman from a different company had inadvertently damaged while working on a different issue. Sergei was able to see the problem was an unbalanced fan blade and bent it back into shape.
Their pricing is on the higher side, but it is not hourly. The visit cost is set and everything else is parts. I needed things fixed quickly and they were there, so that is worth a bit of a markup, to me.

Subzero ice cube door was frozen open. Winline (Sr. Technician Taras) replaced the defective part, identified and replaced a defective refrigerator door switch (which activates the control panel) and I now have basically a new subzero refrigerator/freezer! Also bonus of very sparkling clean condenser/compressor and was provided the chance to clean all of the inner parts associated with ice and water dispensing. Very nice attentive customer focus and explanation of what was needed and expectations for timing. Thank you Winline! --Rick

The refrigerator needed to be repaired and Sergei replaced the control board. However, it stopped again and Sergei returned and continued to work on it until he found the problem.
